Joe arrived exactly on time, and immediately explained how the service call would work. He performed the work requested expeditiously and with 100% success. He allowed me to observe, and answered all questions cheerfully. He then performed a quick inspection of my vehicle and made recommendations for a future service within the next 7,000 miles.
Plus...the price was right. The parts cost about what I could get myself, and the service call and labor were more than reasonable.
