1990 Volkswagen Transporter 30,000 mile service at the convenience of your home or office

This is my first time hearing of something like this. Patrick was very nice. I guess he had time available earlier than my appointment and asked if i would like it done sooner and I was like "yesss that would be great" .....i was able to drive my own car for lunch. Simple things in life to make my life easier is always appreciated.

What a relief! Shawn is knowledgeable, skilled and able to prioritize repairs. Going to a mechanic had become as anxiety producing as going to the dentist... I can't stand the feeling of leaving my car at a shop then waiting for "the call" when they give you the laundry list of work that needs to be done -- and at that point you are kind of at their mercy with no way to see if they are even doing the work they are charging you for. Anyway -- none of that with this setup -- you can see with your own eyes the parts being used etc... Highly recommend Shawn, he's honest and is willing to explain the how and why of things. Best car repair experience I have ever had.

Jose was on time and thorough in his work. He did a great job explaining the work and why it was done. He worked quickly and efficiently. You could see that Jose enjoys his work and wants to get it done right. I especially liked that he used original manufactured parts instead of cheap knock offs. Great work. Thank you.
