Overall it was a pleasant experience. I scheduled an appointment with Ben at 9am to replace the starter on my 2005 Toyota Corolla. Ben arrived around 9:15, greeted me, apologized for being a bit late as he stopped to pick up the part, took a look at my car and let me know that it would take about an hour. 40 minutes later he was done.
