It was a great experience. Dominic showed up on time and made quick work of the rear brake replacement. We took the car out for a test drive after and the braking was much more assertive. Dominic also gave me some advise on scheduled maintenance as well as some concerns that I had with the car's suspension. He's a very friendly, helpful, and competent guy. Deward was very helpful and informative, and gave me the diagnostic information I needed to seek the proper repairs. As this was a high-voltage hybrid battery issue, it will need to be brought to a Toyota-certified repair shop for further maintainance.
