Pierre did a great job diagnosing the problems with my car. Unfortunately, I will have to get some or all of the repairs done at a shop because of the nature of the repairs.

Chris was very friendly and so nice. He explained everything and really gave us a lot of information so that we understood what was happening. He kept us updated on his status and was considerate of our time. We made a mistake on the type of part we needed and he did not make us feel bad for it and was so understanding and just let us know all the changes and what we needed fixed.
