It is good that service exists. A long waiting time on the line is a biiig problem. It was like calling to AT&T. i wish the owner was less greedy and hire more operators to handle calls. Or it will cause to loss of business. I had enough time to call 3 other companies to ask for the service while waiting in the line to be helped. Mechanic that arrived was nice, fast enough, professional guy - no complaints or notes on this side.

I highly recommend Lee. He was timely, knowledgeable, and courteous. After everything was said and done, I feel like I got a really fair deal. The service was break pads, but he also noted that I needed one rotor. He installed the rotor without adding on any additional charge. I also had to make an extra run to the parts shop, and didn't get up-charged for the extra time. The quality of service was excellent. We did a test ride on the breaks afterwards and everything was smooth.
