Jose explained why I didn't really need to replace my alternator but instead replace my battery because it was not holding a charge even. He also checked fluids, tires, etc. He seemed very knowledgeable and his explanation was very clear. I appreciated getting the info that way. I wouldn't have gotten that clear of an explanation from mechanics at a service station because most service stations don't allow customers in the work area.
