2008 Toyota 4Runner 15,000 mile service at the convenience of your home or office

Tired of setting appointments at dealerships and service/repair shops for routine maintenance and my car not being ready until 6 hours later. Chris was punctual, competent, quick, and as quiet as can be. Appointment for rear brake pads was at 7:15am on Sunday and he was gone by 7:40. Price was in-line (slightly lower) with 2 shops that quoted me and he explained why my car didn't need new rotors when others suggested always replacing pads and rotors at the same time. Recommended him before yourmechanic.com even sent me the email requesting a review.

John was so personable, thorough, honest, kind, professional, and knowledgeable. I really appreciated the time he took to explain and answer questions. The best experience I’ve had with a mechanic!

Jose explained why I didn't really need to replace my alternator but instead replace my battery because it was not holding a charge even. He also checked fluids, tires, etc. He seemed very knowledgeable and his explanation was very clear. I appreciated getting the info that way. I wouldn't have gotten that clear of an explanation from mechanics at a service station because most service stations don't allow customers in the work area.
