William diagnosed my original problem of an oil leak by suggesting an oil filter change. Another mechanic said that I'd need to change the oil pan gasket, which would cost a lot of money. William ran diagnostic tests and confirmed work that I know I already needed to get done. He is extremely honest, I will use William again.
