Dan was extremely kind and professional! He did his best to find the problem-Unfortunately, I felt just as in the dark after my inspection as before. He was unable to give me a for sure cause regardless of the diagnostic test which left me feeling as if I threw my money down the drain. If I had known that I wasn’t going to get a for sure answer to my problem with using a Mobil service I would have just saved myself the time and money. Again, Dan was great, the quality of service wasn’t the best seeing as I’m on my way to tow my car to the nearest mechanic to get an actual diagnosis and repair. I can’t say I would refer anyone as I myself paid to have an uncertain diagnosis that if I had just towed my car to a shop I wouldn’t be paying twice as much just to find out what’s wrong.

Pradeep arrived early, per my request. He was fully prepared with all the filters and fluids. He recommended that I flush the brake fluid, which I agreed to. He performed the maintenance quickly and efficiently. I recommend him.

Claud was punctual, friendly and professional. Quickly diagnosed my brake problems and fixed them with no issue. Car runs smoothly now after months of problems!
