As a new comer to Your Mechanic I was apprehensive about this visit; however, Ross kept me informed about his arrival time and that he stopped in town to get parts. After introductions, Ross immediately put me at ease going over my concerns with my vehicle's performance and history of maintenance and repairs. He didn't waste any time and started working right away. He explained what he was going to do and explained each procedure he was doing. I was very pleased with his service and cleanup of my driveway when he finished the job. The actual cost of the job was less than the estimate and that always makes my day.

Not only on time, but early. Polite and pleasant. Explained things clearly. Since he was early I was able to get off to my errands in a reasonable amount of time because he finished the job early. Would hope he'd be the person to do any future repairs.
