Claud arrived on time was polite and professional. He is a very knowledgeable mechanic, diagnosed the problem in about half an hour. He explained the needed repair in easy to understand language .Although the part needed for the repair had to be ordered, I'm confident Claud will have no problems making a seamless repair. I would definitely recommend him to a friend.
