Anytime I've had work done to my cars in the last two or three years I've requested Chris. He's always on time (read: early), does the job quickly and cleanly, he gives me advice and suggestions that I feel confident I can trust (after being fleeced too many times to count by shady shops), and the work often ends up being less expensive than I was fearing it was going to be. I'll never use another service and I recommend them to everyone that mentions they need to take their car to a mechanic.

Was able to come earlier than scheduled. He determined that part of the ensuing repair would require a software update from the dealer and assisted in providing the information needed for the dealer tech to find the software upgrade in their system so they could install it. Excellent!
