Great to have someone come to the house and do the service. I didn't have to worry about dropping off and getting a ride home, etc. The only issue I have is that after the service, my emergency parking brake alarm will not disengage when I use the release, I had to drive to work with it alarming. This didn't happen before, but when I called they tell me it will cost me another 100$ if this wasn't part of what was completed and is probably a separate issue. I already paid almost 600$. So this was kind of a bummer.

This was amazing! I have not been able to have my car serviced in over 6 months because the thought of having it towed to a shop, following the tow truck to drop off keys and taking an Uber back to pick up the car was too overwhelming. I have been telling everyone I know about this service. It is greatly appreciated and James did a wonderful job.
