I found Kenneth to have excellent customer service skills, from the time he set our appointment until his on-time arrival at my location. He was polite, knowledgable, and wasted no time with a diagnosis. He stated that his diagnostic testing and visual inspection would be detailed and sent to my E-mail address.

Robert was great, he was prompt and did the work in a very professional manner, unfortunately he was sent with one of the wrong belts from your mechanic but i was able to run to an auto parts store and get it that took a little bit of extra time and he also had to wait on the phone with your mechanic to change out the parts information in order for me to get a correct estimate, but Robert was a very good nice mechanic.

Claud is an absolute professional who arrived on time with a great attitude! He did an awesome job replacing our brake pads and he worked in a professional and efficient manner. We will definitely book Claud again.
