Nissan Kicks 110,000 mile service at the convenience of your home or office

Ben was awesome but my mechanic online service and customer service can use some work. They need to communicate better and not quote people on one service then add additional service later. Especially when the mechanic didn't recommend them.

Scott was great! He spent almost an hour diagnosing the issue with my A/C. He explained the quote for the services needed and gave me time to review it. No pressure to make a decision right away. :)

He is the first mechanic I met who I trust unconditionally. He was thorough, knowledgeable, professional and answered my questions in a manner that a non-mechanic would understand.
