He was able to run diagnostics and pull a code out of my vehicle's memory that the dealership either couldn't, or was to lazy to attempt. This enabled him to narrow down the exact cause of the issues and initiate a direct fix, instead of going with a guess.

Five Star...Oscar is very friendly and more over he is genuine, its pretty hard to find a mechanic that you can Trust. And Oscar is undoubtedly one of them. I booked appointment for oil change, Drive belt replacement and brake pad change. He inspected Brake pads and recommended that 60% of life is still left and no need to change the. Which saved $180. And he explained clearly when to change them. Also he thoroughly inspected and recommended what really required. I definitely try to book him for any of my next appointments.
