Excellent Service and Knowledge Theodore was early for the appointment. He started to work as I explained where we were with the car. He found the root of the problem, alternator and gave me and idea of pricing. I will definitely have Theodore finish the job. Thanks again for your service.

Andrew did a great job getting my Mercedes back up and running again with a new battery (and I also added in an oil change, which the car needed). He was friendly and knowledgeable about German autos; that will come in handy in the future, as we have had only Mercedes and Audis for many years and it's difficult to find a good mechanic whom you can trust to take good care of your car and get the job done quickly and well. He's definitely the one we'll call with any future repair needs!
