His schedule changed so I was able to move my appointment time earlier in the day, so that was a very positive start to an overall great experience. As this was my first time using this type of service, I was a bit apprehensive and didn’t know what to expect. Ben put me at ease when he arrived. To my surprise, the front brakes replacement and brake fluid flush took no longer than 20 minutes for him to complete. If I need repairs in the future, I will definitely ask for Ben and so should you!

My experience w/Michael was awesome! He showed up on time & was very professional, kind, & helpful. He answered all of my questions & got the repair done quickly but most important the repair was done correctly. He didn't do a half-ass job like mechanics I have dealt with in the past. I was quite pleased with my experience. He also informed me of concerns regarding previous work done on my car & showed me the work he had done. I felt at ease for once & didn't worry about being ripped off like past experiences. I will definitely be coming back to "Your Mechanic" for repairs in the future. I highly recommend them & Michael. Thank you sooo much! I also loved the convenience...they come to your house & the price was awesome as well.

Simon was prompt and friendly. He had the right materials and parts, and completed the job quickly. I'd definitely request him again as necessary. Absolutely loved having him come to our condo rather than having to take the car to the dealer or a garage.
