We have used Alex before and will continue to do so. We found out that the car repair center completely misdiagnosed my daughter's car problem. Alex diagnosed what was really wrong and fixed it right away. Alex's ONLY challenge is having to wade through Dallas' unpredictable traffic to make an appointment on time. However, having someone actually come to our house has made it incredibly easy for me to get multiple things done at a time and not worry about getting a car to and from a service center!!

He came out twice in about a weeks time. He was very punctual, early actually. He got the job done fast and explained any follow up work. He knows his stuff.

Edward is great at communicating and explaining things. He is neat and clean when he is working. Very nice and trustworthy. I will always call on him when in need. He makes it a nice and easy way to get your car fix. If anything leaks, he will come back and fix it. You can call him and tell him anything you find wrong, and he will give you advice or come look.
