Chuck was early to the appointment and quickly tackled my starter problem. We have some work we need done to my wife’s BMW and we will definitely be asking for Chuck again.

Joe was extremely helpful in making sure my vehicle was back in operation. He went above and beyond to accommodate scheduling issues that arose. He was knowledgeable and was able to give recommendations on how to proceed with other issues I was experiencing with my car. He gets an A+ in my opinion. I’ll definitely book him again.

My experience w/Michael was awesome! He showed up on time & was very professional, kind, & helpful. He answered all of my questions & got the repair done quickly but most important the repair was done correctly. He didn't do a half-ass job like mechanics I have dealt with in the past. I was quite pleased with my experience. He also informed me of concerns regarding previous work done on my car & showed me the work he had done. I felt at ease for once & didn't worry about being ripped off like past experiences. I will definitely be coming back to "Your Mechanic" for repairs in the future. I highly recommend them & Michael.
