Jeremy's diagnostic of the engine start/shutdown problem with the car was spot on. My disappointing personal mechanic did not even know what to do! Jeremy was knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and willing to answer questions. I scheduled a follow-up repair visit to replace the failed fuel pump.

Jermaine Lewis was outstanding. He arrived on time, was very knowledgeable, and did a great job. I had to communicate with him before the job, and to say that the communication was good is an understatement. He responded to the message I typed into this website in about 60 seconds. He came to my house in the evening, so I didn't have to take time off from work. It saved me an unpleasant trip to the dealer, which would have probably taken up most of my Saturday. I also saved a significant amount of money. It's worth noting that changing a headlight bulb on a Miata is a lot harder than it sounds. I thought I might try it myself, but abandoned that idea quickly when an internet search revealed that it was "challenging" and "frustrating." Jermaine had no difficulties at all. Great mechanic!
