I wasn’t appreciative of Scott when he left from helping me. and I want to make it right with him. He found the reason my brakes had gone out, and Mazda honored the extended warranty. Without him deluge rly researching what caused my brakes to fail I might have spent hundreds of dollars, and been without a car over Christmas. I was upset I had to pay the charge to inspect my car and I was super afraid the dealership was going to fund something else to be the problem.. money just kept trickling out. So Scott, thank you for checking every possible thing on my car before you left, waiting for me to talk to Mazda so you heard what they were telling me, and for being a great mechanic that cares.
