I cannot even BEGIN to tell you how happy we are with Lucas. He quickly identified the problem, explained the basics of what was going on, and THEN he mentioned that it may still be covered under the manufacturer's warranty. Although Lee was very late for our scheduled appointment. he was a pleasure to work with. Very knowledgeable and was able to detect what was wrong was not the need for a new alternator (very expensive) but for a new battery for my key fob since it was acting unreliably...sometimes working and sometimes not. The AAA guy who helped me the other day was the one who diagnosed the problem to be an alternator that was registering low. Car battery fine. Lee gave me several helpful tricks and I would definitely use him again.
