Robert was very prompt in calling me and informing before the scheduled appointment that he was running late by 30 mins. That was totally fine by me. He very quickly could figure out that its the alternator problem, and had it replaced. He also told me that I need not pay for the alternator as it has a warranty on it, which I thought was really good. It saved me some money. And as a bonus, he lives close to me and would be the go-to reliable person for my car issues in the future.

Patrick was great. Very efficient and quick! He arrived perfectly on time and completed the repair in less time than quoted. No mess left at all. He explained everything very will and he was very personable. If I use Your Mechanic again, I would request Patrick is this is an option.

John was on time for the appointment and was polite and professional. He diagnosed the problem with my car not starting, and also conducted an overall inspection of the car. This was useful because he mentioned an issue or two I was not aware of that I will need to watch as I don't want problems to develop. Overall time of service was approximately one hour. I would utilize the services of Your Mechanic again although of course I'd prefer not to have more problems with the car!
