Neither poor nor great. Reginald was courteous. He jacked up one side of the car He did not run the engine for a little while to warm up the oil. For both these reasons, the refill did not take five quarts, meaning there was a pint or two of old, dirty oil left in the sump after he "drained" it. Also getting under a jacked-up car without additional jack stands is suicidal. He returned the old filters (and unused oil) to me, which I like. So he gets an "a" and you get a C- for not training him properly. IMHO, of course.
