2018 Lexus LS500 115,000 mile service at the convenience of your home or office

I needed my front and rear brake pads and rotors replaced while I was at work. Since my job wouldn’t allow the repair on site I met him at a shopping center nearby. He was very compromising to meet there. I really appreciated that because the service was greatly needed. He completed the service within the respective time. I really appreciate that.

Had the best experience with John. He was very professional and had lots of knowledge concerning my vehicle. He was also very honest and straightforward.

Mike was excellent and did a great job. He solved the code light problem and discovered that I needed to replace the parking brake actuator to complete the job. However, I received an email asking me to call Your Mechanic customer service to help with the quote to replace the actuator. They said they were not able to do that service. However, Mike knew what to do to replace it. I told him I would request for him to return to finish the job. I will not be using Your Mechanic again because now I have to find someone else to complete what appears to be a simple job.
