Ben was top notch: Courteous, friendly, and professional. He changed out a timing belt and serpentine belt, plus secured a mirror that was flopping in the wind, all in about 4 hours, and didn't charge for the mirror. I'll ask for him next time I need service. The site itself is a Godsend. My elderly mother had taken her Lexus to several places and been quoted over $2,000 at each to change her timing belt.
