Robert was extremely thorough and professional in his work to diagnose and fix the emissions systems of the 1999 Lexus. I was impressed that he methodically debugged the problem to find and replace only the parts that were malfunctioning rather than a more costly approach to change everything they MIGHT be the problem. His communications related to his arrival on site and the arrival of an additional part that had to be ordered overnight was definitely appreciated. 5 Stars.

We appreciate Jonathan for a good work done on our car. Needed to do brakes, brake flush, change rotors and were excellent. He educated us about the brakes and why they wore done. Told us why we needed to change oil every 6 months even if the mileage on the car is not up to change oil. He took time to recommend what needed to be done on the car on a regular basis to keep it running well in the long run.
