Luis called to confirm our appointment, and he was here on time, even though he had a very lengthy job before mine. He did a very good job replacing the driver's side power window regulator and window motor, in one hour, and cleaned up so that the car looked great. He also recommended some follow-up service (brake pads & power steering fluid replacement (because it's getting brown), both of which sound like good suggestions.
