Super friendly! I already felt at ease because of the positive reviews, but super nice guy ... got everything done quickly ... showed me some future work that will need to be done on my 20-year-old / 230,000 mile care (in other words I wasn't surprised). Had a tire rotation, oil change, coolant flush, and brake system bleed. After dealing with brick and mortar scheduling issues I'll use Johnny and YourMechanic again.

Mike came early and in the rain to give a diagnostic report. He did it in a timely manor and was able to direct me to the huge problem and said it was a sensor unplugged.
