Great prices for Lexus ES330 scheduled maintenance at the convenience of your home or office

Alex did a great job following up on his Check Engine inspection, during which he found rubber hoses leading air that required replacement. Lexus parts were ordered, but Lexus provided the wrong parts, and Alex had to go to more than one dealership seeking the correct replacement hoses. When it became clear that additional delay would occur (beyond that which had already delayed the repairs), he creatively purchased newer replacement hose material and cut it to fit the original hose connections. His actions were beyond expectations and resulted in newer parts than the original parts would have been, saving me time, money, and additional repairs had the older Lexus hoses been used. For his extra efforts, creativity, and thoroughness, I am extremely grateful, and I will be asking for Alex to provide service the next time(s) we need it.

It's always GREAT when you have a technician with knowledge like John, but character and honesty is rare these days and he brings all of this to the table. He not only repaired the car in a timely manner, but he gave me options when diagnosing the problem instead of making a sales pitch and making me feel like I was cornered with no choice. He was EXCELLENT and I HIGHLY recommend him for your next service.
