1993 Lexus ES300 63,700 mile service at the convenience of your home or office

Ben Smith is an honest, knowledgeable Professional Mechanic!!!!!!! I have always taken my vehicles to the dealership shops for work. I tried this service for a couple of reasons, and will recommend both the service, but particularly Ben Smith to friends. Mr. Smith not identified the problem, but recommended not to replace the part "yet" and to continue operating until it fails and then replace (not critical for the safe operation.) He then worked to fix other items I had not requested, but knew they needed to be repaired. He was right on time, great attitude and was truly honest on what work needed to be done. It is so nice to be able to find a trusted mechanic, I will use him whenever I am in the need for vehicle repairs.

Derrick was wonderful! Very informative and thorough in all he did. He replaced front rotors as well as front brake pads that the previous mechanic put on that were chipped! He also let me know that I was in need of tires which I took care of promptly and I’m glad I did! You won’t be disappointed with his work. Was on time for both appointments as well! GREAT GREAT JOB DERRICK!

Claude was a pleasure to meet and truly made sure everything was correct before he left. He was always willing to answer numerous questions I had and never made me feel as if he was trying to sell more services than what was corrected. He made recommendations only and left it up to me as to what I felt was needed. He was right on time and appreciated his efforts.
