James was great! He was very professional and worked diligently even with us standing over him (lol), and he was done in about an hour. Andrew was great. There were a couple of hiccups with the schedule - cell service went down and it was raining - but we got that worked out and Andrew was prompt and quickly diagnosed the problem.
