Absolutely excellent. He arrived early and worked efficiently. My wife and I were planning a trip for later that week and wanted the car to be road-ready. Patrick found another issue and came back the same day to fix it — definitely above and beyond. He explained everything he did and why it was necessary. If you have a problem with your car, James is THE mechanic to help you understand what is and what is not working. I was worried that I'd never be able to figure out what was wrong with my car, but he made sure to test everything so there was no stone left unturned. From the engine checking software to actually testing out what parts could be worn or need replacing, my car's inspection was one of the most educational and helpful I've ever gotten. He's an incredibly kind and knowledgeable mechanic and I'll book with him again when I can.
