2016 Kia Sportage 85,000 mile service at the convenience of your home or office

I appreciate Matt's ability and knowledge. I understand the company not wanting their mechanics to work on cars that were previously worked on by the customer or another mechanic, but don't see that that is reasonable to expect, cars are likely to not have been worked on prior. The problem that led to this last repair was due to my having crisscrossed two connectors. Very unusual to have connectors in close proximity to each other that are the same and can plugged into each other. But I hat was my fault for doing this. I would recommend any mechanic take the car for a road test to be sure it is working correctly. Despite the obstacles, Matthew was very thorough in his troubleshooting and would recommend him as a mechanic. The company applies restrictions on communicating with their mechanics and I can understand why, but if Matthew and I had been able to be in contact sooner, we could have solved the problem earlier.

Jesse was professional and good to deal with and also provided maintenance tips. I would recommend Jesse as your mechanic.

Kevin arrived promptly and did a fine job of inspecting my used 2020 Kia Sportage Lx that I just bought 4 days ago. He offered good insight on this car and provided very helpful information on maintenance, care and found that the dealership had not changed the oil despite the new sticker saying that they had.
