Absolutely excellent. He arrived early and worked efficiently. My wife and I were planning a trip for later that week and wanted the car to be road-ready. Patrick found another issue and came back the same day to fix it — definitely above and beyond. He explained everything he did and why it was necessary. I've often wished I knew a mechanic who I could trust to be honest and always professional, and Patrick fulfilled that wish. Will definitely be asking him to work on our cars in the future. Eliud was so great. He talked me through everything, explained all option without ever pressuring me to do anything. He worked to be sure I didn't have to spend money unnecessarily and was really patient and helpful. I never felt like he was trying to sell me anything or that he was doing anything other than trying to honestly help me. I will DEFINITELY be calling on him again. Way better than going to the dealership. EXCELLENT customer service.

This is absolutely the best idea! I needed a new battery but I was snowed in. I looked a couple places but MY MECHANIC was the best price. it was fast easy friendly and guaranteed!
