Andrew was great. There were a couple of hiccups with the schedule - cell service went down and it was raining - but we got that worked out and Andrew was prompt and quickly diagnosed the problem. Eliud was so great. He talked me through everything, explained all option without ever pressuring me to do anything. He worked to be sure I didn't have to spend money unnecessarily and was really patient and helpful. I never felt like he was trying to sell me anything or that he was doing anything other than trying to honestly help me. I will DEFINITELY be calling on him again. Way better than going to the dealership. EXCELLENT customer service.
