Absolutely excellent. He arrived early and worked efficiently. My wife and I were planning a trip for later that week and wanted the car to be road-ready. Patrick found another issue and came back the same day to fix it — definitely above and beyond. He explained everything he did and why it was necessary. I've often wished I knew a mechanic who I could trust to be honest and always professional, and Patrick fulfilled that wish. Will definitely be asking him to work on our cars in the future. If I could give Keith 10 Stars I would. He was very professional and made sure I was informed about everything that was going on with my vehicle . Keith went out of his way to make sure my car was completed when he said it would be! I wish there was more mechanics in this world like him!! He did a great job on my vehicle. I will definitely be requesting him again.

Nicholas was great! He was quick and efficient. Nicholas gave me information about a problem I was experiencing with my car (which turned out to be a well-known problem with my particular make/model of car) and offered suggestions/advice on what to do and who to contact. He even noted it in my file for me to provide the dealership.
