Kevin was everything I hoped for in a mechanic. He was friendly, polite, informative, and most importantly did not treat me as incapable of comprehending because I am a woman. This is extremely important to me, so I thank you for the great customer service. He spent a good while with my Kia and was very clear in his explanation of what was happening and what needs attention.
