John showed up 15 min early with a smile on his face, showing that he truly enjoys what he does. I took care of some things inside and went back out 15 min later and he was just about done (front brake pads change). John was knowledgeable, friendly and most of all, professional. Once again, very satisfied with his service. He arrived promptly and took a lot less time changing the coil and spark plugs than I assumed. At my local repair shops, it likely would have taken many hours. He'd diagnosed the issue days ago and recommended this service. It was such a huge relief for me to get that engine light off and have my car driving even smoother than it was before. Definitely will be requesting more work from him if any issues crop up again!
