2019 Jeep Wrangler 60,000 mile service at the convenience of your home or office

Scott was very pleasant and knowledegable. I have had an intermitant "check engine light" problem for years. Been to several dealers and the the problem always returned . I felt like the dealers were ripping me off and not fixing the problem. Scott explained the diagnostic process as he went along, explained what the error codes were and how he was troubleshooting them to get to the root cause. It was great seeing how your vehicle was being diagnosed and how the problem was addressed. I learned a lot AND got the comfort of seeing the problem actually being corrected. I will probably never go back to a dealer. I will call Your Mechanic and ask for Scott.

I didn't get to meet him personally on the initial inspection of the vehicle, but I spoke with him over the phone and the person I had in proxy said how kind and knowledgeable he was. He is going to be making the repair and I look forward to his excellent service again.

The experience of having a mechanic come to my residence most definitely exceeded my expectations. Jeffrey was outstanding!
