Chris called the day before to come earlier for the brake job, which turned out to be a good thing, as a wheel bolt was toast. It was going to take a trip to the parts store and extra time. He had other appts but when he was able to come back with the tap and fix the bolt, he was done very quickly. On his last visit he also had fixed something that had been causing the engine to knock and I just couldn’t express how happy I was about that.
