John was great. Called before & after the pre purchase inspection per request. He was polite & very through in answering all my questions. He was my eyes and ears for the car since I was unable to be present & did a great job. I highly recommend him.

Exceptional. I specifically requested Ted because of the great experience first time around and he exceeded all expectations. Arrived on time, fixed the issues (replaced drive belts that were wearing out), helped me greatly with understanding how to basic maintenance of the car and fixed a few things in the car on his own and didn't charge for it. I have been recommending yourmechanic and Ted to my friends ever since the first time. I don't see myself going back to the days of taking my car to an auto shop anytime in the future.

Tinashe did a great job of explaining the root cause of the issue and corrections made to help for the future of the operations of the vehicle. He was very straight forward and explained the reason my battery went dead with photos and a review and recommendations for the vehicle. I will certainly keep him in mind for any future needs for my vehicle.
