2012 Infiniti EX35 7,500 mile service at the convenience of your home or office

James is absolutely amazing...He did a Tune up & diagnostic for the check engine light on my 2005 Infiniti. Not only was he on time and very professional, but he made everything very easy to understand and gave me options that fit my budget for dealing with, what turned out to be an oil leak.. i hate when mechanics hit me with a bunch of terms and responses that the average person who knows nothing about cars wouldn't understand..And then pressure you into paying top dollar for problems they claim to be imminent... James is very down-to-earth and I will definitely be requesting him and/or the services of your mechanic for now on. P.S. Meineke wanted to charge me $300 more for the same exact service

He's professional and helpful. He offered a lot of tips on how to maintain the car. He also helped me discover that the steering fluid and coolant needed to be replaced.

He did a great job getting my car up and running again, not to mention he worked over time in the rain to make sure my car was good to go. I also appreciate the extra time and effort he put in giving me additional information about my car's issue's without charging me an arm and a leg, like they do when you take it in to a shop. I am very thankful he was able to help us and I Highly Recommend Thomas for all your car's needs! We are Definitely using him again for any of our future car maintenance!!
