Alfred showed up right on time. He confirmed the work I had requested and the payment option I had choosen. He was very nice and professional. Alfred was done with the tune up in 1 hour. He then told me that the system showed I needed 8 spark plugs but in reality, I only needed 4. He immediately processed a refund and save me almost $200! I am so happy with this company and my Mechanic. I will be scheduling another appointment for new brakes. I had spent 2 hours at the dealership that same morning having an oil change on my other car. I was looking for a mobile mechanic so I did a search on Google. YourMechanic came up so I made an appointment for the next morning to have a diagnostic done on my car. Brian came out and advised that the starter on my car had gone out and made me a new appointment for him to come back out that afternoon and replace it. Brian is very knowledgeable and friendly.
