Nazareth was great. He took care of my immediate problem with my battery terminal replacement and did not try to sell me a new battery when it still wouldn't start, because he noticed that my current battery should still be under warranty and I might get it replaced at no cost if I went back to AAA. (I did & it was replaced free!) He and I agreed that I have not been taking super good care of my car, but he was never condescending or patronizing about it (both things I have experienced from mechanics in the past).
