2018 Hyundai Sonata 12,000 mile service at the convenience of your home or office

Manuel provides excellent service and is knowledgeable and thorough in his work. He helped me replace my rear brakes. There was an issue with parts, but he professionally remedied the situation and maintained a professional and amicable demeanor. I would certainly recommend him!

I had no issues with the mechanic at all. He did his job just fine. I do think the service is falsely advertised though. The website makes it seem like it's extremely easy and hassle free but does not directly highlight that your car must be parked nearby an electrical outlet and it cannot be in the street. I understand why they have these rules but I think this might run into a bit of a problem in San Diego. Luckily I currently live at a place with a driveway but a couple months back I had to park along the street for my residence and my job only offers on street parking as well. I have plenty of friends and colleagues who are in this same position, so in order to even make this service work they would have to make prior arrangements. Once again I understand the reason's why they would have those rules but due to the higher price for this service and the inconvenience it caused I will not be going back.

He came on time and promptly began his inspection. Very friendly, knowledgable and informative. I started working on this car myself for the first time and was overwhelmed. It helped to have a professional show me problems I wasn't even looking for and also give advice on different options to move forward.
