2019 Hyundai Santa Fe 126,000 mile service at the convenience of your home or office

My car couldn't start. After searching online and comparing the symptoms, I believed it was due to a failed alternator that slowly drained the battery. I booked the first available appointment at 1:15pm and I also left a note stating that he could come earlier if he finished his morning job earlier. On the day before the appointment, a friend drove me to AutoZone to have the car battery full charged. On the day of the appointment, I received a text at 11:25am saying he was on his way. He arrived at 11:45am. He asked me who diagnosed the alternator failure. I told him the symptoms and the information I found online. He agreed. It is great that he wanted to make sure the diagnosis was correct first. 50 minutes later, he had the alternator replaced and also gave me a quote for another service needed. Since my car battery was already fully charged, I was able to drive the car right away. He is very knowledgeable, friendly, and answered all my questions. I highly recommend him.

Wonderful man. James was super. It is hard to say enough positive things about him. I feel like I have a new friend. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He taught me a few things and found a couple of minor things that need to be taken care of. But most of all, he is a very personable and pleasant man to be around. Very highly recommended.
