Awesome - first experience with Your Mechanic and first experience with Deuwn, and I wouldn't use anyone else. He had no problem working on my car even when I was away from home (left my car keys with apartment security guard and Deuwn took care of the details). He also had no problem calling a friend (whose phone number I had left for contact) with his after-inspection update when I was in an out-of-reach timezone. Good stuff all around - he realized during the repair that one of the parts didn't actually need repair, so he cut it out of the quote and I saved money. He even told me that I need new tires - which is a service that Your Mechanic doesn't provide.

Mechanic arrived after notifying me he was on his way. Checked with me as to what my problem with the car was, and confirmed my situation.... Checked it out himself, proceeded to explain what normally goes wrong and then proceeded to make the repairs. I asked if I could observe and he had no problem with that, in fact as he was doing his work, he explained the process.... He was very professional and courteous and I was pleased with the experience. I would recommend him to anyone that needed work done correctly and expertly... he realigned my system several times until not only was I satisfied but he also needed to be satisfied with job being done correctly.... Thank you for the professionalism of this person...
